About Urbiqo
Spain’s rental filter asks for a payslip, income of three times the rent, and a Spanish guarantor. It doesn’t catch unreliable tenants. It catches people who pay reliably every month and simply don’t have that paperwork: freelancers, students, people on short contracts, anyone with nobody here to vouch for them.
What it leaves them is a bed in shifts. Urbiqo exists because they have the same right to a home of their own.
